JOHN M. DONOHUE
M.A., Development Banking
As Master of Arts in Development Banking, I offer my clients extensive, multi-disciplinary expertise
in marketing, small business operations, entity selection, financial management and small business governance solutions. I
am versed in all aspects of private enterprise project preparation, implementation and evaluation. I offer my clients a wealth
of experience in creating and executing business plans built on well-designed financial accounting, management, and integrated
marketing systems. I am a strong proponent of the Baldrige Criteria which ensures that my clients focus all business
development activities on highly defined customer requirements.
I have also contributed to the discourse on economic development problems in developing countries.
I was administrator for the Consultation on Development Impact Indicators; and a consultant to the Conference
on Participatory Development, Operations Policy Group, the World Bank, Washington, D.C. On the Impact Indicators
project, I organized and administered an international conference of major NGOs and Bank specialists to discuss and recommend
ways of improving the overall financial and social returns on the Bank's US$100 billion development loan portfolio through
improved participation by project beneficiaries. I co-administered the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in International
Finance, International Monetary Fund, Washington, D.C. concerned with the problems of privatizing state owned enterprises.
